Go see your nearest automotive engine machine shop; they do that sort of thing all the time and have suppliers for pin bushings for the connecting rods.
Take a new wrist pin along so they can properly size the new bushings to the pin.

Just a quick note from the friendly neighborhood "correct police:"

There's no such thing as a FARMALL W9. Farmall is the name for the adjustable-width row crop tractors. The W9 is a Western/Wheatland, "Fixed Tread," or "Standard Tread" model, and is simply an INTERNATIONAL W9.

Actually, only the I"s are Internationals, all W series are either McCormick or McCormick Deering, depending on the year.
