Didn"t you "buy the farm" yesterday? For some reason I was thinkin that the 23rd was your closing day. U got the keys to the gate now?

Hi Brian,

No Sir, the owner lady had to run down to Flordia for a big conference in her business and didn't get back in until late last night.

So, it is today; 2 hours and 5 minutes from now to be exact.

Sloroll just called from Iowa and told me I really should quit shakin, throwin' up and soiling myself because it leaves a bad impression on the abstract and title company. :>(

I'm tryin' hard to take his advice, but it has taken me 23 years to get to this point. Oooops! Gotta go take my blood pressure medicene and go into town! :>)
