New Home

Got the old H moved out to her new home. Derned first 5 miles made 'er work pretty hard climbing up outta these hills. Once out in the field tho, she acted like she had never been gone. A darned good day, today. :>)

I put some hayin' pictures up on the "Tractor Talk" board too.

To my mind, the H really isn't big enough for a three point.

I'm used to just leaving it at the stack and haul in with another tractor making the double-4 row of 8 bales and also a third row of 3 out to the side.

Then, it is just a matter of lifting the 3 top bales with the loader tractor and it doesn't have to run all over the field.

Yesterday, the wife ran into that trouble. We had to bring her home as she was showing signs of heat stroke.

I'm just turning black... Wife says I'm starting to look like a native.

Hmmmm, 'spose this could be a good time to let the cat outta the bag and tell her some things that she has never known about my heritage. :>)

While I've got you on the phone, we need to have you take a peek at an old hole in the ground.

Maybe you can give us an idea of what to do with the silly old thing. Has a pump jack now, but no water. Submersible perhaps? I'll give you a call next week.
