removing Cub crank pulley

I have a 52 cub in the proccess of being rebuilt,but I am having trouble removing the v-belt pulley from the crankshaft.mabee I am doing it all wrong.could someone PLEASE tell me how..

Get a large bearing seperator and a very good bearing puller. I broke a cheap one trying to get my pulley off. I used the impact on mine and finally came off.

some of the IH motors have a set screww down in the grvew were the belt rides
