It's true,

I just 'taint got enough tractors! I normally wouldn't be caught dead puttin' a loader in the field, but times are tough around here.(The timely, tough one being my wife!)

So, H gets elected to plant the crop this fall, I guess; loader or no loader, and we're ready to go. This ought to yank me back in time 'bout 40 years! :>)

Allan, What do you mean by not being caught dead by putting a loader in a field. You have a pic of my ol girl, and my quick-tach loader. I have not had it off over 5 times in the 13yrs I have had this rig. It is just too handy to throw rocks, brush, junk, fill holes or that-ever when you are in a field. I have gotten to where I amost refuse to take it off for any reason. If I need wt....get a bucket full of soil, more wt than a full set of front wts.LOL!
I do understand what you mean though. Later,
John A.

Just this thing I have, John,

When I was growing up, it was just commonly understood that the guy that didn't take the time to take the loader off before he headed to the field was just plain lazy.

Guess I'm lazy in my old age. :>)

Now lets see ya got a 966 and a 656 and a H ----- ----- ----- Ah ya need to get a bigger tractor for the tillage ah say like a 1486 with Cab heat and air then ya could move the 9 down and the 656 to the planting chore and the H to the loader work . or then maybe a S/MTA for the inbetween stuff . Like around here i have a 1486 and a 806 ( that ugly) and the S/MTA and a S/H then Eugene has the 1066 a 706 and H a Putt putt A and a 720 and ya know we still need a couple more when thing realy get moven.

Go out and buy your wife another horse and then go get your self another tractor. But maybe you don't have a wife like mine. My wife doesn't care how many tractors I have. Oh by the way if you need another tractor I have a couple I'd sell you. One of them is even a Farmall. It would look good pulling that seeder, it also an H.

With the flat ground you have and with the wide front on that H I just don't see that you will have any problem at all. But be honest with us now, you are just looking for an excuse to use the best tractor you have. If by chance you are looking for one more tractor, me and Harley are going into business selling 560s, if we can find any.

Got it all figured out Rusty, I"ll drive up and pick up your rig, I"ll get $1.50 cause I"m loaded, you"ll get $.60 a mile cause you"re empty, we can go up to that feller in Zumbro Falls, Minn. that always has tractors for sale, haul them out to that new tractor sales yard in Chadron, Nebr., cause the guy who owns that place goes through his tractors with a fine toothed comb, then we can get paid for delivering them back to the midwest, and ..... well you get my drift. The only down side is we only got 2 trucks. Harley

Harley, I think we could surely figure out a way to make it work. Gotta come up with a name for this enterprise though, maybe RustyHarley, or HarleyFarmall? Maybe we could hold a contest?
