I have a 56" 200 with the 123CID engine. I am replacing the front crank seal, but I can not get the crank pulley off. Anyone who can help it would be appreciated.

Hi Matt, You should have a puller made like this
using a hydraulic jack or a hydraulic ram like porto-power. These were made for a Cub, you would need to measure the hub of the damper pulley and the overall diameter of the pulley so your allthread would clear the edges of the pulley. Here's the website: Hal
PS: To reinstall place in your oven at 200 degrees.

These are real tough ones to get off. Read all the info in the archives, but what it comes down too is lot"s of heat, and a very good gear puller.

do you use the threaded hole in the middle of the pulley to reinstall it?

It's a press fit. Heat it up, and slip it on.
