Well, took it out, run it about 45 mins, lights on, pto on, exercised hydraulics, still hard to get this thing hot! I guess 140's have a good cooling system! Barely got it in the run range! Never missed a beat! Kept close to house and shop in case of anymore problems, none to be had! I'm thinking maybe going ahead and changing to electronic ignition. I heard it can be done and still keep stock apearence? Do these come in 6-volt kits? Don't want to change anything else, 6-volt system works fine. Just would like a little more reliability in ignition. And thanks for the help guys! I'm gonna keep an eye on the coil and condensor in case tractor acts up again! Later! Scott

Well, if it does act up again, let us know what the fix turns out to be.

Scott: So why bother with the change to electronic ing., a coil will only go every 35 to 45 years.
