Hello,
I have a propane 350 and at idle it runs 40 above idle it goes to about 55-60. When I first got the tractor it had not ran in several years when it started I thought the gauge was broken (used to a VAC Case 12 psi) but the gauge was correct. Mark

I'm useing a automotive type gauge does that make a difference? I though pressure would be the same.

Multi wt. oil is exceptional stuff and just fine for your unit. One reason the automtive ind. uses idiot lights is that indicated oil pressure may be 5 to 8 PSI at idle, warmed up, in new cars!!!
My 350 runs 20 at idle operating temp, and 55 at full throttle. H about the same MD 25 and 60.
Its Cool dont worry,
JimN
