Check your email .... As for value it all depends on a lot of variables. Location - where you are in the US or Canada will play a part in the valuation. Condition - will definitely play a part. If it runs very well, has good compression, does not blow smoke, is all together, tin is good, paint is good etc., will garner a better price. Implements - the more implements to go with it, such as a mower deck or a leveling and grader blade will increase it's value. Availability of this particular year and model in your area, if there are lots, then lower in value, if few possibly higher. Desireability, many people want em, and this can affect the price. What you are willing to sell it for. What someone is willing to pay for it. These are all factors. Also, you must realize that as with all older equipment, the resale price may not even come close to what you put into it. You certainly will not get back your investment, especially if you plan on including labour as a valuation factor. Most people who restore these tractors either want it for yard work, so it will be restored to good or better running condition, or they may restore them for show in which case they may completely restore including paint, decals, accessories and top end mechanical rebuild. No one restores any tractor to make money, at least no one that I have met so far. Many of us have way more in them than can be reasonably expected as a return. However, as in my case, my Cubs are basically irreplaceable. For gardening my F-Cubs are the real cats meow for sure. I would like to have a Lo-boy strictly for mowing chores with a belly mower, but that is in the future. I use my Cub also to haul my wood, plow my driveway in the winter, water my trees, mow, general duty chores around my property and eventually fine grading for landscape work. I have access to much larger construction equipment and can do a ton more work with say a JD644D or a Dresser TD7/8, but I don't enjoy it nearly as much. Value is a relative term..... Hope this doesn't muddy it up too much :-)
