My international 350U has a pippin 250 loader. the manual says it will lift 1500 #. the most I've lifted was a 1700 # generator which it handled OK. I wouldn't try much more. Also it has a backhoe on the rear

Hi Guy,

Which loader? If memory serves, the F-10s were rated at 4,000 lbs and the F-11 at 3,500 using Farmhand's original PTO pump.

If you use it a lot, it'll lift enough to destroy your front tires, wheel bearings, and steering bearings. With large diameter cylinders, it's amazing what it'll lift. Have your rear wheels set out, and add some weight to the back of it if you get serious about lifting stuff.

Don't know about the farmhand, but the McCormick #31 loader on my H will easily lift way more than I what I feel safe with if it needs to be carried for any great distance. My dad had an H with the same type of loader and it would pick up 1,500# large round bales.

Depends on what dia the cycls are and how much psi your pump has. Will probably lift more that you need jsut remember when load is up over 4ft or so you are taking wt off rear and upsetting tractor can happen easier. Remember it was not built for round bales way up in the air just raise high enough to clear the ground. Tractors are upsetting every day or so because someone raises way up in air and goes down road hits bump or something and presto upsets. GO SLOW.
