Were there any International 1206's made with a three point hitches or were all 1206's that had three points Farmalls?

For some reason, are the Internationals more popular for collection purposes? When looking at 1206's, I have had several people hint to me that Internationals are more desirable than Farmalls. What is your opinion?

I am buying a 1206 International Wheatland with a cab and like the way it looks as compared with a 1206 International Row Crop with a cab.

However, to me, neither look better than a Farmall 1206-without a cab-that has flat top fenders, suitcase weights on the front of the tractor, and correct size tires.

Thanks,

Bill Carlton

I would bet dollars to donuts that the people telling you Internationals were more desirable than Farmalls are the ones who have an International to sell... Heh Heh Heh.

Should be simply personal preference -- whatever you like. However, a little over 8000 Farmalls were built, about 1500 Internationals. I have neither, but have always liked the row crop anything better than a wheatland anything -- because and only because I grew up with row crop. I'm sure that those who have had wheatlands feel differently.
