Sounds like you have put a lot of effort in the spark. If you have fire at the plug wires then all thats left is fuel. Make sure the wires aren't crossed as covered by El Torro.

You need to bring No1 piston up on the compression stroke to TDC. Remove No1 plug near the radiator and have someone hand crank the engine until you feel compression against your thumb. Then watch for timing mark on flywheel while someone slowly cranks the engine until timing mark is aligned with indicator, then stop turning engine. Remove distributor cap and see where the rotor is pointing, should be at No1 plug wire. Your plug wires should be connected
to the distr cap in this order.
2-1
4-3

No1 plug wire to No1 plug, then No3 wire to No3 plug, then No4 and then No2. If rotor is off a lot post back. Hal
