When I ordered my Sleeve kit they asked me what the hole in the bottom of the block measured. It could be 3 5/16th or 3 7/16th. One you get a 3 1/8 bore and the larger you get the 3 1/4 bore.

Perhaps the confusion is in the fact that you don't need to find an EXACT MATCH to your serial number? Every tractor has a unique serial number from the factory, so you can tell them apart. All yours has to be is before or after a certain number.

Parts lists generally have wording like, "Serial number XXXXX X or before," or "Serial numbers after YYYYY ."

What are the numbers after the "FAA" on the serial tag?

Here is another place to obtain sleeve & piston kits. These include the bearings, but your crankshaft would need to be measured for wear to determine which bearings are required for your engine. This is very important. Be sure to have your serial number. Here's their web site & toll free number. Hal

PS: It would be better to take your shaft to your local auto machine shop for measurement. They can grind it undersize if needed too.

The Super A's prior to SN 310300 had the C113 block, tractors with SN 310300 to 356001 had the
C123 block with thicker sleeves and after SN 356001 they had the C123 engine with a water pump.
The C113 block you could use up to 3.125" sleeve and piston kit to make your engine with 123 cid.
The 123 block you can go up to 3.250" with an oversize kit.
Try weberstractorworks.com for a kit. You will need your SN. Hal
