over the past few days, I have been trying (without much success) to take the wheel weights on my 300 off. They haven't been touched in 35-40 years... yeah. The problem is the bolts have rusted up also the backs of the weights that keep the bolts from turning have been striped out. I have gotten 2 of the 6 off. Why 6? Because we used this tractor for over 30 years as the loader tractor. We retired about 8 years ago for a Massey-Ferguson 1135. Yup, it did the same work as the 1135. So any ideas on those wheel weights.

Make sure the valve stem is near the top before you cut the bolts. (another man's experience is a cheap education)

Can you possibly get an angle grinder in close enough? I remember those bolts being kind of recessed. Hard to get to.

Your using the wrong wrench.

You need one that uses gas and oxygen(torch) bet that will get them loose.

Good luck.

Yep, Gary has got it right. Instead of fighting those other four bolts and risking your health, welfare, and sanity, just blow them off with your blue wrench and be done with it. Sure you'll have to buy new bolts if you need them, but the old bolts will be toast by the time you get them out anyway, and your time has got to be worth something. Harley
