Stay in Nebraska. the rat race in Denver is not worth it. Just count how many Coloradians are moving to our state to retire.

Store the M!

A. You might find some acreage outside of Denver.
B. Situations change. Who knows where you'll be in two, three, five years?
C. If stored inside, the old girl will only gain in value.

I sold my '42 H with Stanhoist in '93 when I moved to a city in Florida. Now have a few acres in the woods--man, I wish I had that H!

Stay in Nebraska. We retired from a small farm in NE,sold out and moved to the south of NM. Housing is going for way out of sight. Health wise it was a good move. Financially, probably not.

I wouldn't do it. Cost of living (housing), hassel of traffic, and press of population will make Lincoln seem really liveable. The availability of acerages near Denver is nil. My nickel Dick Davis
