I don't own a 350D, but if it is anything like a 400D, you cannot get a rebuilt or new water pump. When I checked a couple months back, nobody including IH sold them. HOWEVER, you can still get all of the parts that go inside, some of which I ordered to get mine working right again. I took mine apart, inspected, then got the parts through IH, and they are expensive. The impeller shaft on mine was shot, and it cost about $180. The packing, at $8 per piece is high, and you need at least 4 pieces, maybe 5. I bought 8 and needed to add the 5th piece after running the tractor a bit. Also, need seals, maybe bearings, etc. The only problem I had was removing the LARGE nut on the pump shaft. It is on there very tight, and it takes a large wrench (I'm remembering about 1 5/8") to remove it. It's best to get manuals from Binder Books on the engine, which describes in full how to overhaul the water pump. When it comes to parts for these water pumps (and other things), thank God for IH.
