51 H wireing

Lets see if this post, If you look at my post I placed on here last night you will get some idea as to where I am going with this.

My other question is why can't they have just one diagram for all the tractors then just have them have a notation on another page or better yet in the operators manual with you tractors specifications that way when you ( lets say look up your 51 H with out a mag system )look up your wires there are no problems.

Sorry about that, lets do this agian.

Doing this I made the lights work. How ever the when I did bring it home I power washed the chicken poo off it from having it sit in a barn for the last 10-15 years. So I know a lot of the wireing harness is very touchy & brittle.

The only things on the wireing system that are not original are the battery terminals, battery & the fuse housing in the insterment box.

Is it possible that the fuse wires need to be place in another order ? or am I missing the junction box ? do to the missing junction box & having an over abundance of wireing going to the ammeter the problem?

I talked to the old owner of the tractor & he said that all of the wireing is original, However he did say that when the lights stopped working his dad changed the placement of some wires in the box.

So like I said could I have done something backwards when I replaced the fuse housing with out the junction box in it, Looking at the box it would appere that one was once there but not now. Could these two items be my undoing.
