here is a better picture of the platform and steps. platform "clamps" around the axle housing. bottom step is 8" X 10". note the hole in the platform to grease the axle from. one of these days i think i am going to mount a radio to the top of the rail on the front side.

Hi Wade, how are things in Culman Alabama? I like your idea but for my B250, I'd like to rig up some stairs for it, something like you did. The school year is over, hope you recharge for the summer, the pension is nice I can assure you, like the cattle cheque when it comes too but lots of work and expense to put the little devils on the trailer. You take care ...Mike in Exeter Ontario

greetings!! been a HOT/DRY summer. got about 2 weeks before we go back. will do this one and one more. looking forward to drawing the "pension". will have 34 1/2 years to draw from. under our plan that ='s about 70% of salary, plus with 32 years or more service health ins (single coverage) will not cost me anything.

I'm not going to let my wife see those pictures. If I did she would have me adding them to all my tractors and that would take the rest of the summer to do. LOL My Oliver S88 has steps and she says its no low enough and if she saw your pictures she would have me doing way to much work

Well right now the way the weather is I prefer to be able to stay in the house and keep cool. Its in the upper 90s, and the humity is also up around 70 or 80% so the heat index is up around 100-110. To hot out for man or beast

Don't know what to tell you, we should be getting the 100+ day again shortly. I don't mind being out in the hot, but you have to be use to it.

But I have good AC in truck,,65 & 2 (65 MPH and with 2 windows down):>)

But, I'm only in my truck when I need to go to town after parts or other thngs for kids. Mostly outside in the sun, as I need to move my horse this afternoon.

I can handle it if I'm in my truck and sometimes in my shop but when your out in the brite sunny thats only about 15 minutes and its time to come back in the house. When I was younger it didn't make a differance but any more it does.
