I JUST PURCHASED A 1944 GAS M AND AN MD THAT CAME OUT FROM UNDER A COTTON PICKER.THE MD HAS CHAIN DRIVE AXLE EXTENSIONS AND A HIGH SINGLE FRONT WHEEL. THE ONLY SERIAL NO. I CAN FIND IS ON THE INJECTION PUMP. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO FIND OUT WHAT YEAR IT IS AND DOES IT QUALIFY AS A HIGH CROP SINCE IT HAS THE AXLE EXTENSIONS. THE HOOD LETTERS ONY SAY MD THERE IS NO V TO INDICATE HIGH CROP.

A cotton picker tractor is a cotton picker tractor. A high clearence is a high clearence. Two different things. High clearence are different models with their own build numbers. Cotton picker tractors could either be from the factory that way or a field conversion. There's quite a bit of difference between them.
