I will give some of them short answers:Does anyone make 2 way cylinders for the lift arms so I can have downpressure? Yes, hydraulic supply stores will have them. Be sure to realize that the structure may need reinforcement to pull up on the tractor, look it over with care. I have thought of actually putting my own port in the front since there is ample room on the endcap, but I'm thinking the seals in the front are not designed for that much hydraulic pressure. Do not do it the piston will not hold down pressure. If it does not hold, I will either helicoil it Yes. JB weld no!!!. How many grease zerks are on this thing? just need a number so I know if I got them all, I have seen over 20 so far... Use a manual to assure proper lube procedure. I was under the impression that the rear end is filled with gear oil, however, when I removed the homemade toolbox (bolts to 2 of the PTO cover bolt holes, mine has no PTO), there was grease on the end of the bolts, not oil?? The rear can be with 90, or Hytran. The hyd resivoir needs Hytran only. My brother is welding the exhaust manifold, hopefully it holds, he's welded cast iron manifolds for me before with no issues. Is this a common issue where the manifold cracks? It usually does ifwelded while on the head (or a different head to assure flatness. I need a new muffler. I dont want to order one. What kind of auto muffler would u recommend? I'm thinking a little one from a metro, or something along that lines. any ideas? I dont wanna order one, cause they arent cheap, and there is a 3 week lead time at my dealer?!?!?! Farm stores carry them, car mufflers are usually not well suited to the lack of support, and do not look to cool (opinion) What sort of fluids are recommended, I know to use 30w ND oil (do not do this unless it has had it all along). Use 15-40. What sort of hydraulic fluid do I use? Hytran or equal spec. Are the power steering units from the 340-350's swappable? I'm assuming I would need some hoses and fittings to run it with the hydraulic pump. Maybe. Hard to find. When I was driving it home, I had a few issues. I thought I ran out of fuel, cause it would only stay running if I had the choke pulled out. I hve cleaned the fuel filter, but havent tried it since there is no exhaust atm. I went to check the throttle linkages, and the linkages dont go to the carb? Seems to go to a "govenor" I guess. I'm not sure how these things work, I'm used to the lawnmower carb setups. Get the book. Anyone know if there is an online manual archive? I think its a load that people are selling manuals on ebay. I understand service mnuals, but you look at most manufacturer's websites and they have manuals for download all the time. Anwyas... I am very scared of this thing. Petrified I'll get killed on it. Has anyone ever rolled this thing over? Particularly flipped it backwards? I thought about making a "wheelie bar" to hook to the hitch so that if the front did riaise up, it only would til it got the wheelie wheels on the ground, then the rear wheelies would just loose traction. Unless you are on Very hilly land (and a danger seeking person) Just get use to driving it with a reasonable attitude. A ROP cage can be fabed, but is not needed if you are operating it within its limits. Is this ridiculous? What about mounnting a rollcage? It would have to be one hell of a rollcage, but thats no issue, I got the equipment and materials. Where would one mount such a contraption? Axles, and torque tube flats on both sides. I hope I helped, the manuals IT, and Original Owners and Original Service are the main expense needed for success. Good luck, they are nice machines. JimN
