Mike, Ron hit 'er right on the head. 'Course what did ya expect? He's from Nebraska! :>) For a working tractor, one would want the aftermarket type because they just plain turn shorter and have a better "feel" to 'em. That original wide front of yours looks pretty darned good just the way it is. Don't think I'd be for paintin' it all up "pretty and all” if you want to sell it. Now, and also like Ron says, I'd think long and hard about the wide front vs the trike. I know you want to make it like your grandpa’s tractor, but you ought to consider how that change alone will devaluate the tractor itself. The original wide front, not to mention that factory one-way cylinder, are easily worth more than what you gave for that tractor. I have absolutely no use for that wide front, but I'll sure put my money where my mouth is. If a collector or someone else needs that front, go ahead and sell it to 'em. I just want you to know tho, that I'll sure buy it if you cannot move it and I'll throw in a trike pedestal for free to boot! With my pedestal and the narrow front from Ron, you should have trike front ends running out your ears. :>) Allan
