Jimer: Your going to have that 300 starting so well you'll be able to drive from MN to Winnipeg in Janruary. I expect you'll be like me, tractor may be willing, but the flesh, NO. About 5 years ago a friend of mine left his open station tractor at my place in Nova Scotia, as his brother was coming for it to haul out firewood. The brother, also a friend and a retired engineer, came when it was -30F and was going to drive the tractor 5 miles. I said to him, "Load the tractor on my trailer, surely a retired government engineer on a pension, has enough money, he doesn't need to drive 5 miles at -30F on an open tractor." Now, he deserved that, just the summer before, his brother and I were marking out some cutting and welding on old iron. We needed reading glasses. Our good friend the engineer, suggested that if we needed reading glasses, we should have enough money, we need not muck around welding old tractors on a sunny Sat. morning. By the way, I agree with Bob.
