Can someone share with me the torque specs and the sequence for the head bolts on an M? I haven't gotten a service manual for an M yet and was needing the information. Also, can someone recommend their favorite service manual or manuals for the Farmalls? Any other manuals that anyone feels is a great help? I have my family's 1950 H that I have started disassembly and just acquired a 1949 M that has been on a nieghbor's farm since new. It doesn't need as much work since it was rebuilt in the 70's. Thanks for all the information and I have really enjoyed and learned alot since finding this site. I look forward to learning much more and even contributing somehow in the future.

Binder Books (add the www. and .com) manuals are digitally reproduced and have much sharper diagrams than the ones sold on this site. Get the Operators, Parts and Service manuals at a minimum. These are exact reproductions of the factory manuals.
