I had a pleasant 3 day trip. I met The Cowman in a farming community in North Western PA. If you have met the Cowman, then you have met his father. Both of them talk about the same. Howard brought me a Radiator for my 27 regular. They grow a squash in that part of the world that is as large as a pumpkin. Never seen anything like it. I brought one home, split it, got the seeds out and baked it. After my wife got through with it, it was delicious. Had a very pleasant visit there except�the weather, it winds were strong�it was very cold, blowing snow all night Saturday night�hail earlier in the evening. After meeting with Howard, I took off across Ohio along the Lake. Then turned Right into Michigan. Went to Lothrop, Michigan which is south of Saganaw on M-13 where I visited the shops where the Saganaw 3 point hitch is being fabricated. I got one for my Farmall H. It is a really well fabricated unit. The shop ;is right in the middle of a rural farming community. It is a father and son operation. The father says he is the brain of the operation. The next thing is to install it. Looking forward to that.

A couple of other observations:

1. I own thanks to the West Virginia State trooper who elected to give me a warning ticket rather than the real thing. (65/50!!)

2. I owe thanks to a Ohio State Trooper who elected to give me a warning ticket rather than the real thing (85/55!!)

3. I decided not to tempt fate any more and watched my speed the rest of the way in. I figured that Lightening would not strike in the same place 3 times.

4. The Cowman is a traitor!! He is taking a big old diesel tractor back west. It was manufactured in England and has an �English� name on it!! I surmised that his dad has finished with all of his heavy farming and donated the equipment to son.

Its nice to get out and see what other people are doing once in a while!

Good thing you did not do that in NY we have a new law or something here if the troopers pull you over you get a ticket no matter what no more let off on a warning. It may even apply to al;l police in NY I am not sure they just inacted it this summer. I dont know if its law or just what there doing for sure. JON

as i heard it tha only applies to tickets written. they can give all the warnings they want. but if they write a ticket it cannot be pleabargined down.
