He's the last name on this posting on page 2. Take a look at all of the responses to your posting. Hal

I would buy a new set from Justin. Hal
PS: Your local auto machine shop may be able to
locate new bearings. You should have the crankshaft measured for wear to see if it needs to be ground undersize or just needs polishing.

New sleeves are still available from a place in California called L.A. sleeves. I bought a set from them last winter and they are very nice. I don't recall what the price was on them. They have a site on the internet.

As for other parts Rice equipt (as stated earlier) has most of what you will need. There is also a site by the name of "The Fordson House" they also carry some of the same parts as Rice Equiptment.

We recently rebuilt a 1936 year model we put in new sleeves and reused the old pistons with new rings. It has been running fine for about a year with no problems. The F-20 engins is for the most part a simple set up to work on. The best advice I can tell you is to make a list of what you know you will need and start getting prices.

Spend your money on the engine, carb, and mag. Everything else can come later.

If you need any more help feel free to email me.

If the sleeves are not too badly rusted, have the head rebuilt (This may require some new valves) at a machine shop; New rings; and set the rods using pasti-gaue should surfice. New Rings, valves guides and valves are available from Rice Equiptment (814) 226-9200.

There is a set of used pistons, sleeves and rods on E-bay right now, not mine.

A rebuild kit (pistons, sleeves and rings) has not been available for many years. Most people reuse their pistons if useable and have new sleeves made or fit a dry sleeve within your old sleeve. Nebraska may have a good set of pistons and sleeves for you at a much cheaper cost. Either way the F-20 engine cost some money to rebuild. I wish someone would start making rebuild kits for them again.
