I am looking for a one row corn picker. Found out a neighbor has one--I know its a International, but where can I find the Model Number on it? He doesn't know anything about it---other than he bought it used and has gathered corn with it a few times. It seems to be intact and looks like it would work, but is there certain points on It that I need to look at? Also I would like to know if I buy this-----is it hard to get parts for the International brand--if I needed some. Thanks!! Randy

Does the elevator come out the side or the rear. What color is the elevator. What parts do you need as the chains and bearings would be about the only paarts avail. Proper use with a tractor having 25hp. An H would be a great model to use. If it is old enough you dont need hy as it will have a lever to lift and lower the unit.

Gene--It has either a 1 or i PR on the side of the rear conveyor shoot. It appears to have all the parts and everything seems to be loose--not rusted/frozen up. The main drive chain is off of one of the gears also the long chain in the V(that pulls the stalks in) seems to be to loose and has dropped down just enough to get hung on the metal bracket/guy that should keep the chain on track--the front idler sprocket seems to be adjusted all the way out, so a link might need to be removed. Other than that---Every thing seems to be in place. This machine has been repainted a few years back, but the main shoot/conveyor appears to have been white. This machine looks like its been setting out in the open for 2 or 3 years. I don't feel I need any parts at this time----- Just wondering if I buy this and Need a Part---Wondering whats available. I have two tractors that I could use with it. One is a 56 Ford 600 workmaster---Maybe less than 30hp. The other is a new Farmtrac--about 32/35hp. Thanks Randy

Do they have a Tag on the machine? This machine does use wood blocks on some of the chains as a chain idler/tensioner. The Main drive chain lays on top of a 2ft or longer wooden strip. Thanks!! Randy
