Tractor Day!

My own Christmas present to myself.

I had posted on here a while back (around Thanksgiving) about the going rate for an M and what to look for etc. etc., and I definitely appreciated all of the input that I got back.

So, today I went and drove it home. Its now happily parked out back, sitting on my lawn, waiting for me to start tinkering.

She runs real strong, but needs a bath. It will need tires (but has a good set of chains on it now, so I can still go somewhere at least), paint, and either a carb or a governor adjustment (surging at idle and at full load). But Im sure Ill post about all of those issues as I get into things.

Thanks for all the advice so far, and Im sure that Ill be asking for more from here on out.

And there is green, as it did do some sitting in the shade, so some algae is growing on parts of it.

It is a Christmas Tractor!
