I'm looking for a manual for the 27V. going to try and convert to a 3pt. mount. Picked it up at auction for $50, looks complete but not sure how some of it goes together yet.

I have a manual for a 25V, probably pretty close.

How many parts is it in? Or what are you trying to take off?

A couple of things I can think of that are confusing:

The castle nut at the back is left-handed thread.

The big arm that holds the bar and pivots is threaded into the housing (that's right, the thing's about 2 1/2 inches in diameter and screws in).

TomH,
It"s fairly well together. The hydraulic cylinder is off and there is a long bar about 3/8" dia. bent 90deg on one end with a pulley block on it. I assume thats for the rod to slide on when raising and lowering. Not sure how that fits. Thinking about removing the drawbar attachment and adding some steel to pickup the top link of the three point. The V shaped frame looks about the right width to fit the lower arms. Going to use it on a compact New Holland. If I put a drawbar on the three point I"m concerned about the rotation of the drawbar, won"t be fixed like an old H or M has.

I think the 25V was pretty much the same but maybe with a manual lever to raise and lower. Would you be willing to part with it or make a copy?

I guess the three point would be easier to mount and dismount, but I would leave the raising and lowering alone..... ..
