The 3-5 HP IH power unit is a single cylincer horizontal piston unit. It has a fan on the flywheel that blows air through this duct to the radiator which sits on top of the unit. This ducting is impossible to find as they all rusted down 30 years ago. So, here I went with the plazma cutter and welder and made one.

Dont know how long it took exactly...made patterns one day, on another day cut out the pieces, on another day, spot welded it together.
It took me longer to make the round cage than anything else.
