Jason, Can you describe the mower? Is is a mid-mount (mounts ahead of the rear tire)? What size bar does it have? Or better yet send pictures. I may be interested in it. Thanks, Wayne

Where are you located? Might be interested if you are close.
Is it a factory snow plow or a homemade job?

Jason: A lot depends on just where your located. If the tractor is close to show quality and for very little money could be made show quality, you may get that much. It's worth a try, as those implements add considerable to the value. I don't think your going to insult anyone at that price. The final factor when selling, you can negociate down in price but never up.

The downside is lack of hydraulics, this is why I say show quality is important. Most folks using one of these tractors and utilizing all the equipment you have, tend to go for hydraulics and Super A. With slight modifications those implements will all fit a Super A and can have hydraulic lift.

You may well do better by offering individual prices on each of tractor, snow blade, plow, cultivators and mower, giving a total somewhere in the $2,700. to $3,000. range, yet offer the total package for $2,350. A lot of folks have bought a bare tractor for $1,500. then started chasing the country side looking for implements, by the time they have all they've spent $5,000. Then the down side of splitting these up, you could get left with an item no one seems to want.

Who ever said, " life isn't a gamble" ?

In mich. I bought similar for 1500 bout 10 year ago. Maybe I was lucky. Look at steering, most are worn and have play. Stick your finger in exhaust and see if it is relatively clean. Stick finger in tank looking for rust. See if oil is excessively thick to cover wear. Check oil pressure after about 15 minutes. Listen for valve noise. Great tractors.

10 years ago, $1,500 would have been about right.

That is a fair price where it is desired, and 500 too high many other places, Poor tires would reduce it by 400 more. JimN
