yesterday my dad posted a message about the 560 diesel we are restoring and how the 2pt hitch does not want to move up and down because of air in the cylinder . Well we got any air out that was in there and it still wont raise/lower . i was just wondering if it should matter what set of holes the hoses go into ?
i have posted a diagram of the back view of the panel of hoses under the seat of the tractor .
any other help/tips would be appreciated .

we haven't picked up a drawbar for the 2pt yet it has a bolt-on plate with a hole for the draw-pin so it's just like it's locked

How do we lock it? We tried all kinds of combinations of hookups with set a and set b. If the 2 pt lever is in the up position, we can pull back on the other levers and the hitch will raise. My dad still think that something is wrong in the valve. Not sure. The tractor looks good after restoration though. We put a rock box on her, 9.5L 14 tires on the front, and 16.9-38 Firestones on the rear. Those rear tires don't make the flat top fenders look so gawdy on the back. It is a real nice match. We really made a tractor out of her. Thanks in advance for your help Bill.

Will the 2pt raise and lower if you move the remote levers? You may be plumbed wrong, the fast hitch lever does not control the right side control valve.
Do you get fluid flow when you bleed off the cylinder?
On my 560 only the 2pt lines run through the seat base.

it wont raise up and down but there is fuel flow when we bleed it .
here's some more info
when we bought the tractor all of the hydrualics worked fine and we took off the base of the seat mount and took it in to get it fitted for rubber hoses to run to the female couplers in the back they may heve done something wrong . i think the problem is in the lever system because we may have put it back together wrong but my dad thinks that we need to replace the valve for to 2pt that is located under the gastank and the control panel so we are gonna pull the valve off of the 460 and it in there and see what happens .
i hope we can fix it before we bale hay tomorrow .

On mine the 2pt is connected to the left valve under the dash via a steel line to a junction block under the seat and then rubber down to the lift cylinder.
If you are using the fast hitch drawbar to run a baler, lock the drawbar, otherwise you could damage the pto shaft.
