I didn't even notice it when I first was looking, but now I see what this H doesn't have a grill insert. The bottom portion has been ripped away. Other than this, the grill is near perfect! Is it done for, or can this be repaired well enough to look like new? (not by me, of course)

I run a metal Fab shop and I could easily repair that for you. I'm sure you have a local fab shop that could do you a nice job.

Any decent body shop should be able to repair that for a reasonable amount if you find them an example of what it is supposed to look like and a replacement insert... Maybe find a trashed grille to cut the lower piece out of to replace what's missing?

Mike, there was an arm fastened to the bolster there. It was for the culitivater so when you turned the culitivater would shift and not plow up corn, milo, sorgo. or what ever you were culitivating.

Yes, but the bottom strip of metal was there. It has been ripped away on this grill.

I'll ask if he may have it, but I seriously doubt it.
