Hey guys,

I know it isn't a tractor but, I was wondering if any of you knew where I can get parts for a 1954 International Harvester R-100 Pickup? Such as body parts and stuff? It is my grandpa's and he reacently gave it to me and I want to restore back to original.

Thanks,
Nick

This may not be an option for you but I recently replaced all the sheet metal and more for a 1947 International. I bought a California truck on eBay and shipped it clear across the country. I got loads from the hauling schedule (see left-hand side of this page) both east and west bound. They paid my fuel costs. I spent no nights in a motel. The seller even gave me four tires for my Dodge one-ton. The value of those tires was close to what I paid for the International. The best part was that I got to see alot of the country I had never seen before. What a deal !!!

Sorry about the double post. I get distracted sometimes.

Let me also say that I now have surplus parts that I will not use. I intend to sell those on eBay. I basically got a paid vacation and some great parts.

As a side benefit, the "hauling schedule" east-bound load originated from the middle of a cotton field. I have alway wanted to see a cotton picker. I bought the special PTO adaptor that mounts where the belt pulley attaches on a M. I will be putting that on one of my SMTA's or 400's.
