Guys I could use some help.
I am doing an auction for an estate which includes half a dozen tree grove farmalls. I am not an IH/Farmall guy by any stretch. I was pretty sure most of them are F20's and one is a B, but there are some different serial number prefixes that I can not figure out.
Here they are...any help would be appreciated.
FA 111124
FA 126606
T 50432
FB 1330
8638 B
FA 141328
The auction also includes a 1948 MD 177829
Thanks
Carl

FA 111124 would be a 1938 Farmall F-20
FA 126606 also a 1938 Farmall F-20
T 50432 may be a 1929 Farmall Regular
FB 1330 would be a 1932 Farmall F-30
8638B looks like a casting number to me
FA 141328 Would be a 1939 Farmall F-20

According to the book I have.

On second look...it has the single front wheel, so it must be a "B"

Maybe, maybe not. IH made several tractors with an offset engine. The A, B, BN, AV, Super A, and Super AV. Then there is the Cub.

If it is an offset engine tractor, the single front wheel could be on a B or a BN, if it is factory.

Thanks for the help. I Had them all correct except fot the T-50432

The one marked 8638B (that you said was a casting number) must be an "A". It is a small tractor with the engine offset to the right side. Was that the only small "offset" tractor they made??

Thanks again
Carl
