It seems that our H and MD have been spending some time together and this came about. LOL

We just added this '51 Cub to our collection yesterday. This makes it our 5th Farmall and our 13th tractor.

Bought it from the neighbor a half mile up the road. They always had trouble with it not running right. It sat dead for 15 years outside in the weather. We towed it home and within 2-1/2 hours, we had it running. It purrs nice now. It came with a corn planter, 1 bottom mounted plow, cultivator, and a snow blade. It sure is addicting. Doug N

Congrats on the find! Looks like a nice one. The corn planters are kinda rare, don't see them too often.

Good looking Cub. My 7 year old wants one because he think he can reach the pedals, but he's never actually sat on one before. If I can find one for the same price I got my H (free) I'll get it. third party image

Kids on tractors, great. Also deadman switch. Little pull cord attached to belt rigged to stop tractor. Buy at ATV store or motorcycle shop. Give the little guys full safety lecture each time riding.

My wife said a similar line to me about my twin 7 year old girls, about having horses in their blood just like thier mom! We'll I've got a shop and some red iron to play with.....KIDS ARE THE BEST!!!
