Anyone make their own wiring harness? Once I get the lights on there are going to be a few wires running from the steering column to the front of the tractor. I was looking for a way to tidy things up a little by maybe running them thru some type of jacket or conduit and letting them out close to where they need to go. Right now I have two (I believe) that run back and forth to alternator and will probably add another wire for the front lights. Any tips? Was looking in the articles but nothing jumped out. Pre-made harnesses are a little out of my budget at the moment.

I made my own wiring harness for my Super C by using 10-ga wire, 14-ga wire wrapped by electrical tape. I crimped the terminals on, then soldered them, and used glue-impregnated heat shrink to seal the connections. Works great and was cheap. It does not look original since I did not use the fabric covering.

it's called (LOOM), and it is supposedly a little heat resistent!

Hi, Dave. The wire for the front lights can be one wire going to the front. Split it andat the front end and run the wire across to the right hand light

Since you went with the twelve volt I'm a little muddy about how many wires you have going up that side, but there shouldn't be anything wrong with just spiral wrapping them in overlapping turns of electrical tape. You could use the plastic conduit (it has a name but it isn't coming to me), but I'm not sure what advantage you'd gain.
