Found a Super MTA, with picker ,sitting for about 7 years.Still turns over, that's the good news. The nose piece, fenders are gone and no where to be found, tires are flat, but should hold air. What is a fair price for this? On the good side it's close to home. Thanks In advance Jeff

For 900 bucks I'd buy and not think twice. If it's not stuck, I would think it should run. I'm not too afraid of an unstuck motor. Heck, I've heard of guys breaking loose a stuck motor, then getting to run. I'd go $1500 sight unseen, probably a little more once I personally checked it out, though.

Tires-expensive-tin work-getting harder to find decent stuff-when you do it is expensive.
A lot depends on restore it,keep it show it,or try to make a buck on it.
My experiance with a Super M found with a picker on it-similar situation is about 2200.0 later and ready for paint. After 1000.00 on tires I quickly figured out that this unit will be a lifer in the fleet

You will also be looking for a hitch for it. If the tires are not cut from the rims pinching them, you should consider yourself very lucky. I would assume that it ran when they parked it and that it should not take much to get it to run again.
You could have about $700 in the replacement of the hitch and grill parts.

Make sure the tires hold air, check out the cost of the missing parts. If it still runs and you can get it for Jim's price I would buy it. Tell us where you are as I would be interested in the picker.

Picker as is probably scrap price 100 (guess) Not terrific interest in them.
SMTA not running, on flats 900$. Turning is one thing, cracked and dammaged internally is another. Consider it easier to rebuild than one that is stuck. JimN
