Mike, All depends on what you want. Correct is a tractor that was masked off to keep a fdew spots from getting paint. including the steering wheel black, the name plate on the torque tube, the generator plate, rear axles, distributor/mag, cap and wires, lenses, and a few more items . Then all remaining exposed parts were sprayed belts and all with a (pretty mediocre, but OK for the day) red paint that was a simigloss within 6 months, and faded to an array of colors after 10 years. The radiators were black when installed before paint, and when sprayed, (as Scotty points out) got paint on them. MAking a tractor 500% better than new with sanding castings, filling/surfacing, Priming, sanding, and multi coat/clear coat paint is very nice, but niether correct, nor conducive to driving it in the fence row with a bush hog. I like things that I am willing to use. But sense your "use" is parades and people, do what spins your propeller. JimN
