third party image

I have a Paulson trip-style loader and want to convert to a hydraulic-tilt bucket. I had a Paulson with hydraulic bucket many years ago on a Super M but don"t remember how long the cylinders pin-to-pin were or the bore/stroke.

I contacted the company but am still waiting for a reply. I posted this image off their website, it almost looks like they use the same cylinder for the bucket that they do for the loader arms.

Anyone have one of these and are you able to at least get me the pin-to-pin distance on the bucket cylinders? Any help is greatly appreciated. I converted one once before using the trial-and-error method but it was a huge hassle, I would rather just do it right the first time. Thanks!

Hi Brent, Wow, is that picture of yours?looks
identical to my literature. The parts book
shows different parts between the double action
lift cylinders and the bucket cylinders and from
memory they are different lengths. Are you talking to the Paulson Metal Products, 14200 James Road, Rogers, Mn. They are fairly much
inactive-stock some parts and a small amount of
brackets etc and will make up loaders etc. In the
60's haydays they sold huge numbers. I have a few
odds and ends of small parts. Chuck

Nope, took that picture off Paulson's website as I stated in my post. I WISH that were my tractor :-)

I may just hunt around on Ebay, etc.. until one comes up for sale and just swap loader instead of (potentially) making a mess of the one I have now.

Thanks for your info though, much appreciated.
