Andy Motteberg, I see you know a ridiculous amount of information about these tractors. Listen; I am about 7-10 days away from being the proud new owner of a 40"s Farmall "H" series, a Super MTA, or a Farmall 400 and the bottom line is, I am going to need help. No matter which one I opt to go with, it does not run. None of the blocks are cracked at all, but these things have beem sitting for at least 5 years each. Some of my choices have been sitting for many many more; I think you understand the point I am trying to get across here. Now I wanted to know if I could possibly exchange e-mail addressed with you; seeing as your depth of knowledge is undeniable and you obviously seem to be into helping others and making your intelligence available for the good of tractor lovers like myself across the country. I am now requesting you to assist us through the duration of this process. Basically we need your help. ha. We just want your e-mail address should questions arise, and you know they will, as we are rebuilding these unbelievably amazing machines. So, in light of the Christmas season, and seeing as my girlfriend"s little brother is a 19 year old freak of nature... (his knowledge of engines and machinery and his respect for history and the former uses of these tractors is incredible and to someone like you, I know it makes you feel a little more confident in the generations up and coming in the world.) will you please help us? Let me know sir, and honestly, thank you for your time from both of us. You are a victim of your success; as soon as we saw the answer you gave about the "H" you had given in this forum and that is why we are asking you. We hope youy say yes. Thanks again man. Adam R.
