Thanks for all the comments, guys. I have more pictures to post when I get around to it. My family does indeed still have the F-20 that is pulling the baler and the Super C, and both run. The F-20 with the mounted 2M picker was traded in as a unit on a 560-D.

To George and Hugh, the Case chopper being pulled by the Super C did indeed have a Wisconsin 4-cyl. motor powering it. We used the Super C to pull the chopper and wagon combo on reasonbly level fields. The Super C had liquid in the tires and full wheel weights, and yes, it was a load for it--- especially when the wagon was full--- but it pulled it admirably.

Sometime in the last year someone on here stated there was no way a Super C could pull the weight of a baler and loaded wagon. Due to being on a dial-up connection at that time, I was unable to post this picture, but I feel that the weight of the chopper and loaded wagon shown in the picture would be equal to that of a baler and loaded wagon.

Farmboy: Very likely the silage chopper and wagon are much heavier than a baler and wagon. I know any I had were a lot heavier. Some of these guys think they don't have enough power if a tractor looses 25 rpm going over a gopher hole. I never did this a lot but have pulled a NH S-69 with thrower and 20' wagon behind Farmall 130. It was level ground, but I also fully loaded the wagon.

Hugh, how is that for power with a SC? I have never tried pulling the chopper with mine, but may give it a whirl. Never dreamed it would pull one while pulling a wagon.

Hugh, I don't pay any attention to spelling much.I hit the wrong key quite often, and just flat out spell words wrong sometime. I never even thought about the chopper having an engine, but is quite possible. The wagon full of green silage is quite a load for a SC in itself. I have used the M's to pull wagons to the silo, but never tried the SC on these Hills. Bad enough on the M sometimes. Pulls them anywhere, but stopping 5 or 6 tons of silage is a bit tricky sometimes with a 5000 pound tractor.

Geaoge: I just assumed he had a chopper with it's own engine. I remembered once seeing a 230 pulling an engine powered chopper, thus I never gave a thought this may be different. He was using a 300 to pull wagons to the silo. It made sense to me, he was chopping on level ground, pulling the wagon. He had steep hills on his way to silo.

You have to remember the pic was in 1952 before fert and weed killer and sorgum wasnt as hard to chop as corn the way we farmed in 1952.
