OK,,here we go still don't have it fixed i'm on my last nerve with this tractor...org.problem was t/a clutch disk was wore out on one side causing tractor to slip...(here is where the fun started)...couple of buddies helped me put the tractor back together after i installed a new t/a clutch/cover plate/bearing...got it close told me to draw it together i didn't think that was right but they showed me how to do it..got it tight the motor wouldn't turn over they told me the batt. was dead waited till they left split it again...clutch disk was bent...replaced engine clutch disk...put back together..when it was in gear w/clutch push in wouldn't roll...put in N rolled fine.. start in N wouldn't go in gear...(have adjusted and adjusted!!!!) anyway was told it might be in the T/A so i installed a eliminator kit(I know but i don't use the t/a on this tractor) put back together and in gear w/clutch in still won't roll,,in N it will roll????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ????? ???

Sounds like you got it in 2 gears at the same time. Pull the pin out of the shifter and pull it straight up. Look down in there with a light and see if the slides are all lined up. look close...there are 6 of them. Ones on the right side are hard to see.
If they are ok, you have bent something or got something bound up.

Hummm...in neutral it rolls....ok.
You got something bound up.
Just cause the clutch pedal goes down doesn't mean its released though.
Can you get a wrench or a crank on the engine and turn it? If push comes to shove, remove the starter and try to "gently" move the flywheel teeth a little. If it's a diesel...put the lever in gas position.
Are you sure the clutch plate it in right? Could it be reversed? The clutch plate has a cone on it. If it's in backward it might be bound up. Heaven forbid they gave you the wrong disc.

engine turns over...the last time i hooked everything up you could start in neutral but if you pushed the clutch in it would grind when trying to put it in gear... if you started it in gear it would want to move, but the brake would stop it....thats when i put the new clutch in and the t/a eliminator kit now it acts like its doing the same???

Goodness...is the transmission pilot shaft free in the pilot bearing? Did it seem tight when you pulled it apart?
You have something not right...it might be that pilot bearing all along. It is turning the transmission shaft when the clutch is shoved in. Acting like a direct drive.
