Anybody know the brothers in southern MN who have a collection of 300 IH and JD tractors?

I saw a news clip on WCCO news(Out 'n' About with J.R. Fritz). Says they gives tours, and has a website, but I can't seem to find any info? I think last name was Vanruller?(not sure).

You can try sending them to me. Had driven past the place many times and never knew what was there. Stopped in late in the day. Not just tractors but some implements and at least one truck. First time I ever saw a Demonstrator model. Maybe the white model referred to? Think it was a C or Super C. Also has Olivers, Allis and some others mixed in. Was told most were in running condition. Not sure how or if e-mail is turned on. If not try cdjense@hotmail.com.

I too would like to see the photos of the tractors. What type or model was the old 2 cylinder white one they talked about at the end of the show?

Hello all: Yes there is a huge collection just SW of Lake Wilson MN. (about 9 miles from me) They built 4 or 5 huge buildings to put them in. I think the one brother was the most active and he started about 1980. They have the buildings packed tight in places with tractors. So close together that one can't walk around them in places. Most are IHC tractors. I think they said they have 40 plus of just the "F" series tractors. F-12, 14, 20 and 30's etc.. Many are the letter and number series. My personal takes is that many tractors have not been run or even moved for such a long time that their wheels have settled down into the dirt. These buildings are newer but there is no concrete floor. I'll guess the buildings are maybe 60 X 120..I see he opens all doors on real nice dry days to air everything out.. Most tractors seem to be just as they were the day they were purchased. I didn't see much to indicate long term storage prep applied but it would be hard to detect the simple act of "fogging" an engine the very last time it was shut down. I'll look for some pictures as I took a few when they hosted the Minn IHC chapter meeting in 2006 and all were welcome to look. agpilot

This sounds like my cousin in South Dakota that collected mostly cars, but some tractors. He would buy them and then just park them in a shed. One shed he must have 20 cars that the only way to get any of them out is to take them out the reverse of the way he put them in as you cannot even walk between any of them (about 6 inches of clearance between each car).
