Allan, I dont think grandpa built it, but I remember blading the road with this tractor and setup when i was a kid, I wish I would have asked alot more questions when i was younger. I hung around alot when he worked on this stuff and kept it all clean and serviced, but just didnt pay much attention. then high school..... ..we all know were the mind is there! then college..... ..... ..... more of the same..... ... then grow up and come home, then Its too late to ask questions. Thanks all of you for the information!

Both in construction and riggin', it resembles quite a bit a 3-point I bought for my Super C a few years back. I can't find the outfit any more, but I believe it was called C & D.

Know what I think?

That Grandpa of yours was one sharp ol' fox.

Think that is the slickest setup I've ever seen for an H.

Allan

The yellow parts except the lower 3pt arms and sway bars are factory. The Danhuser posthole digger factory. That is mounting brackets for a digger that goes on a Ford 8n or similer tractor.
I have the compleat setup, Danhuser ford style digger that mounts on a H or M.

I should have worded that different, I knew there was no factory 3 point, i was curious about the cylinders and arms, these were used for cultivators?

Theres no tag on the 3 point so it may be homemade then, did not know if there was a popular kit back then that this would be apart of.

Yes, those cylinders are IH cultivator items. The rest of it does not look like any of the aftermarket kits that I have seen, but that does not mean that it is not an aftermarket kit. It does appear to be very well thought out and neatly constructed. If it is homemade, someone really knew what they were doing. I like it.

Those cylinders and the curved shaft that goes through the belly pump are genuine IH cultivator parts. Everything else is either aftermarket or homemade. There is no such thing as a factory 3 point hitch for a Farmall H.
