I was given a lead on a Framall H on steel, front and rear! It appears to be in fair condition from what I can see under the snow that's covering it. Any ideas $s?

I've got the rear steel for my '44 H, but will now be looking for front steel. Hope it works out Greg! I hope to see it!
As far as a price, I've seen a full set of steel on Ebay for $800. I would say a lot of what you offer will have to do with if the owner knows what he has, and the condition of it. If it runs, I woould see what he wants for it. Let him make the initial offering, unless he's completely out of the loop. I would say anything less than a $1000 if it's running would be a steal. My personal target price would be $500, but I'm broke and cheap.

We need a better description, does it run? If so, does it run GOOD? If not running, is it stuck or loose? Is the sheet metal in good condition? Is it COMPLETE? Any missing parts??

Andy.

I've only seen it in a hard copy picture so far, I just found out about it yesterday. The sheet metal looks fairly straight and obviously tires won't be a considering factor. I hope to visit the owner weekend and check it out in detail. It's only about 20 minutes away from me!

If it runs, I'd guess around $1500 or more. A full set of steel is very rare. I know they are "worth" more than $800 as Mike said, everything on eBay is going cheap lately. The front steel might be worth almost that. If it does not run, loose, around $1300, if the motor is froze up, probably around $1100.

Andy.
