Does ANYBODY know the true rocker arm ratio for a farmall H ? Please no Bull Sh*ters !!! Murphy"s shows they have 1.7 and 1.9 ratio"s....is the 1.7 stock or close to stock ratio?
I really need someone with a straight answer or someone to steer me in a clear direction where I can find out ! So all you H freaks....ball"s in your court !

Sense no one answered, I will tell you how to measure it. Put a wooden dowel in the rocker shaft hole that fits tight (sand it to fit) find the center of the dowel, and mark it. Use a caliper to measure from the center of the pushrod socket to the mark in the dowel. Measure from the center of the valve contact pad to the center of the dowel. Express these as a ratio, like 1.124": 1.66" this is then placed in a calculator as 1.66 divided by 1.124 = 1.477 this is the ratio's larger number. Thus the ratio is 1:1.477
This is close enough to call it 1:1.5. I hope this is sufficient. JimN
