I finally had a chance to stop by and visit the H on steel that I have posted recently. I met a relative of the owner and it sounds like it might be available! More to come..... ...

Greg,

That Farmall H looks EXCELLENT! I see below you said it is a 1943, I have a 1943 H too, serial# FBH-133801, my H originally had steel on the rear, but it was changed to "cut-offs" later. You should get that H right away... not many around on full steel and none of the electrical stuff. You should also try to get that F-12 Farmall that is beside that H!

Good luck!

Andy.

It is kind of neat to see a bare bones tractor on steel. Saw one restored at a show one time. Never realized how many extras were on most tractors.

Nice war year model with none of the "extras" that were in short supply.

Better grab it up quick!

Is that an F12 behind it? I would try to get both of them.

Whatever you did to get rid of all the snow I'd like you to come up here and do the same.

I see it has no lights or starter. Might be a early H, I would be interested to know what year it is.

We looked up the serial # last night, it's a 1943 year model. I checked the engine # and is is the came as the tag, she has the orginal engine. I was told that it ran "two years ago."

Looks like a nice no frills tractor, you had just as well buy it.
