Allen, Why don't you cut 8 inches off the forward shaft and pin it in the coupler. Then put in a u-joint. Looks like that is about how much more you need. The original CharLyn instruction manuals even recommended this if the shafts alignment was not balls on perfect.

That torque motor sure works nice without any load on it tho. :>)

Oh Yeah, looking closely I see the edge of a 52 inch plasma hdtv on the wall. And that liitle guest bar with the built in wine cellar is a nice touch. NeBlinc eat your heart out.
