You all gave me a lot of information and help for my C, but as my friend gene told me, I never introduced it! Well, I've got a '51 C, not a French C (FC) as most of you would think because I live in Belgium. Mine is an original American one that was left here after the second world war. Well, it was imported here during the Marshall plan. Further more I have a British BMD, I've got three German 3-cylinders (DED3) and one German 4-cylinder (DGD4). The C's are very rare around these parts, as most people would sell their house just to get me to sell it. Not gonna happen. I must say, my people mostly aren't so precise about restoring old tractors. Once they get it running, they don't care if they have to pour oil on while they're driving if you know what I mean... But at a show, I guess I'll be the proud one when I can crank one manually while most of the other ones have to be dragged into action... Just tought I'd share this with all of you. Today I'm going to put in my new clutch and I hope I'll get 'round to spraypainting my rimms next week so I can put her on her feet. Then it's Testdriving time... Ow Yeah! I'll keep you all posted. Thanks guys, for all the advice, information and support! Kristof
