H dual wheel attachment

Saw this in the IH parts site, listed as an "attachment" under the Farmall H part list. After the big discussion a couple of weeks ago about dual wheel on a C, I thought that this was very interesting, listed as a factory attachment.

Dual wheels were an optional attachment from the A on up.

So what were the sizes of the rims and what size tires do they list?

Tire sizes from the parts book as listed:

This is listed as part no. 1:
354103R91 WHEEL/Retired DUAL PNEUMATIC TIRE REAR WHEEL AND RIM ATTACHMENT (Consists of two wheels 6194DD and four rims, 57118D) (W 4 x 44 rim) (5 x 44 tire)

This is also listed as part no. 1, but doesn"t list as retired:

57118D REAR WHEEL ATTACHED CLAMP RIM (1-piece, Firestone) (W 4 x 44 rim) (5 x 44 tire)

I"m not the best on tire sizes, but it looks like it was a narrower than usual tire?
